I love recipes.  I especially love new recipes.  Finding what I have in the house and just throwing it together.  Steve loves it also since he always has different things to try.  Although, we all know that he loves his chicken and rice. This recipe came about when I literally didn’t know what to make but it came out delicious.

What you need:

  • Chicken breast
  • Chopped Walnuts
  • Bowtie pasta
  • Alfredo sauce
  • Tomatoes
  • Spinach
  • Garlic


Start boiling the water to make your bowtie pasta.  Remember, make sure the water is boiling before putting the pasta in and adding a splash of oil.

Cut up the chicken and place in a frying pan with alfredo sauce and sprinkled with Adobo for some flavor.  Once the chicken is fully cooked remove the chicken from the stove and place on the side. A side note, always make sure your chicken is fully cooked.

Take a splash of olive oil in a pan with the garlic.  Sautee the garlic and then add in the spinach and tomatoes.  Throw the chicken in the mix and stir this up.

Once the pasta is done drain it and add alfredo sauce, the chopped walnuts and the chicken mixture. Enjoy!

Some Extra Tips

Soak the chicken overnight in Zesty Italian dressing.  It will be amazingly moist the next day!
